Eggplant - Bharta

Plant type is bushy, fruit is large and round. The color of fruit is shining black, and it bears less seed.  This variety thrives in the heat. Flowering starts in 55-60 days from transplants. Highly productive and disease resistant.

This variety is an excellent choice for making dishes such as baigan bharta, pakoda, and baba ganoush.
