Poblano Pepper

A mild chile originating from Puebla, Mexico. Used extensively in Mexican cuisine for making Chile relleno, as well as other stuffed recipes and mole sauces. When dried, the pepper is referred to as Ancho peppers which is slightly hotter in taste.
